Experience & specialisms: On leaving Sevenoaks School in 1971, Keith entered into a training contract with a top 25 London Firm. On qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he spent a short period in the tax department of a top 5 Firm before deciding to give up commuting to London and work locally. Keith joined Levicks in 1977, initially as a personal assistant to former partner John Levick, becoming a partner himself in 1979. Keith believes that being able to provide clients with a personal, cost-effective and friendly service has served the Firm well over the years. In addition to attracting significant numbers of new clients, Keith continues to act for a considerable number of individuals and businesses who were with the Firm when he joined.
Outside work: Now living in Tunbridge Wells with wife Deborah, Keith has three children, and in what little spare time he has, enjoys most sports - as a spectator, as well as reading and travel.

Experience & specialisms: Michael left Borden Grammar School in Sittingbourne in 1973 and immediately joined Levick & Co (as it was then known). He was articled to Michael Fielder and eventually qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Upon qualification he moved to our Canterbury office and in 1984 after moving to the Broadstairs branch gained a Partnership. Being based in Thanet Michael believes that the Firm needs to be able to offer a wide range of services to its large base of clients. "We have to be able to use our experience and expertise to help our clients in whatever way we can"
Outside work: Although born and brought up in the Medway Towns he is resident in Thanet and lives in Broadstairs with his wife Samantha and children aged four and ten. He really enjoys living on the coast but still finds time to return to his roots to watch Gillingham play football.

Experience & specialisms: Tracey joined the Firm in 1988. She qualified in 1995 and became a partner in 1999. She is responsible for general client services in both the Broadstairs and Canterbury offices. During her time with the firm Tracey has lectured for students at Thanet College. She was responsible for helping the students through the examinations leading to membership of The Association of Accounting Technicians. She found this to be a particularly rewarding part of her career. Tracey has lived in Thanet since 1979, and finished her schooling at Dane Court Grammar School in Broadstairs.
Outside work: Tracey has a passion for foreign travel; it is her ambition to travel the world. She has swam with dolphins in Cuba, an experience she is eager to repeat and has enjoyed several trips to Southern India. She is a member of her local gym and enjoys relaxing with regular yoga classes.

Experience & specialisms: Joy joined Levicks in 1977, two weeks after Keith Luxford (must have been a good year!). Joy qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1989 and then passed the Institute of Taxation examinations in 1991. Although in general practice, Joy specialises in taxation, and also has a knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules. "Taxation legislation is constantly changing, and with additional compliance rules also being introduced we at Levicks aim to deal with any problems and queries you have efficiently to enable you to get on with your business and life without worrying. We aim to offer a quality service with a friendly approach."
Outside work: She is married with four children who keep her busy but, personally she enjoys swimming, walking and photography. Currently, annual family holidays are taken up with the challenge to complete the South West Coast Path Walk which runs from Minehead to South Haven Point, Poole, – a total of 630 miles. At the end of her last holiday she had walked 360 miles of this outstanding scenic coastal trail.

Experience & specialisms: Julie joined the Firm in 1984 having previously worked as a stock controller in a car retail company, and a credit ledger clerk at a truck company. She qualified with the Firm in 1990, and was admitted as a partner in 1999. She looks after much of the firm’s quality and external compliance requirements as well as acting for a variety of clients on accounts and taxation issues. She also has many not-for-profit clients which give her a particularly challenging, but also very rewarding role.
Outside work: Julie has a young son who takes up most of her leisure time but, mum's taxi duties permitting, she is a regular at her local gym and enjoys time with friends and family. She says 'keeping fit helps me to keep a positive outlook on life and cope with the stresses and strains that it throws at me'.

Experience & specialisms: Jon joined Levicks in 1990 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994. He became a partner in 2000. Jon is in charge of our I.T. department and is able to offer advice in many areas including accounting products such as Sage Instant, Sage 50 & Quickbooks. For clients' businesses to grow in the future it is important that they embrace the changes in technology. Levicks are always looking at the latest technological advances that benefit both our clients and us. Jon is also involved in many of our larger client audits.

Experience & specialisms:Mark left Chatham House Grammar school in Ramsgate in 1995, he read business studies at Portsmouth University achieving a 2:1 BA Honors degree. Mark joined Levicks as a trainee in 1999, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and being admitted as a partner in 2007. Mark offers a wide range of accounting and taxation services to existing and new clients, and is also able to advise in computerised software packages.
Outside work: Mark lives in Broadstairs with his partner, Heather, who has worked for Levicks since 1994. He enjoys badminton, travelling and hiking in his spare time.
